59% of all students do not go to work for which they studied, partly because they do not gain relevant experience during their study period. In addition, a large proportion of the students live below the poverty line. GetJobsDone wants to change that! That is why GetJobsDone was founded in 2020.
GetJobsDone is a platform where companies place assignments that students carry out, without Chamber of Commerce registration or employment contract. Companies pay a monthly subscription and a fee per assignment for this. Students themselves choose which assignments they carry out, so that this can be easily combined with their studies. They can work flexibly and receive net payment for the contract value. All this makes GetJobsDone a unique concept in the Netherlands.

Job description & activities
As a marketing manager you are the creative force behind our platform. You deal with the social accounts, look for publicity, devise campaigns and monitor results. You are also a direct contact person for external parties. Whether it concerns strategy, SEA, SEO or content marketing; you are critical of the work delivered and feel whether the right steps are being taken.
You constantly come up with new ways to achieve our goals. You can also do the elaboration of this yourself or in collaboration with external parties.
We have a meeting with the entire team once every two weeks in which we all discuss new ideas. You pick up most of these points or put them out with the developer. The lines are short, so it often happens that you pick up ad hoc matters.
Profile employee
We are looking for a proactive team player, with excellent project management skills. You have several years of experience and are ready for a second or third step in your career. You have a lot of knowledge, which allows you to work effectively and independently from day one (of course you first get to know the company). In this role you are responsible for multiple projects. You therefore feel comfortable switching between projects, while keeping the reins in your hands. You are organized and have a hawk eye for opportunity.
We think DNA is just as important as your knowledge. This means that you want to work hard, but also that you want to have fun with your colleagues. Think of our Friday afternoon drink and don't forget the team outings.

Completed HBO in the direction of marketing, communication or similar
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
Motivated to identify new opportunities and take action
Available 32-40 hours a week
Agency experience is a plus
