Talentboard
With the talent board we reverse the roles. Where previously only companies could post assignments on the tasks page, students can now do so on the talent board. Below you can read how that works!
How it works
On the talent board, students let us know how they can help companies with their talent. They can create their own assignment that matches their education or interest. Students indicate what they want to do, how much time they are available and what compensation they want to receive for the assignment.
Interested in talent?
Companies that are interested can let them know by leaving a message on the talent board. Via the built-in chat function in the dashboard, the student and the company can discuss details and make agreements about the execution of the assignment. Did you end up together? Then the company simply converts the student's assignment with a few clicks into its own assignment that is placed directly with the relevant student.
